OPEN ON TICKETED EVENT DAYS ONLY
Beginning two [2] hours prior to the ticketed start time of a performance/event and remaining open until half an hour after the ticketed start time.

ADA Seating

The Alex Theatre has ADA Accessible Seating available in Row X of the Orchestra. All other seating areas require a minimum of eight stairs to access. If you require ADA accessible seating, notify the Ticket Agent at the beginning of the transaction or, if purchasing online, select from the ADA Accessible section and indicate the type of seating you require for each ADA Accessible seat.

Assistive Services

Wheelchair access and infrared Assistive Listening Devices for the hearing impaired are available upon request. Please request these services at least 24 hours in advance by contacting the Box Office at 818-254-8456 or tickets@thealex.com.

Child Admission

For most performances, all children are required to have a ticket and separate seat with the exception of children two years old and younger who will be sitting on an adult’s lap. As a courtesy to audience members and performers, please use discretion regarding your child’s ability to sit quietly during a performance. Please check individual event listings for specific child admission information.

Discounts

Individual rental groups of the Theatre determine what, if any, discounts they will offer for their engagements. Please check specific event listings for discount information.

Group Sales

Discounts for groups are available for select performances. To make a group reservation, contact the Box Office at 818-254-8456 or tickets@thealex.com.

Refunds & Exchanges

Exchanges or refunds cannot be issued for lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or unused tickets once a ticket has been purchased. Please safeguard your tickets and carefully review your event, date, time, and seat selection prior to purchasing tickets.

Refunds will be granted for cancelled or postponed events. Programs and artists are subject to change without notice. Tickets are good only for the specific performance designated and are not for resale.

Ticket Service Fees

Patrons are assessed fees on their ticket purchases dependent upon the ticket price and method of purchase.  Ticket fees cover the costs related to capital and restoration projects and maintain and preserve the historic Alex Theatre, as well as fulfill your ticket order.

Will Call

Your ticket[s] will be placed at Alex Theatre Will Call at 216 N. Brand Blvd, Glendale. Please bring the credit card you used for your purchase, photo ID, and the Order Confirmation # to Will Call at least 30 minutes prior to the show. ***Presentation of Photo ID to Will Call Agent is required in order to pick up the ticket(s), and the name on the Photo ID must match the pick-up name on the Will Call ticket(s), envelope or check-in list. ***If you want to authorize someone other than yourself to pick-up the tickets, please contact the Alex Theatre Box Office at 818-254-8456 or e-mail tickets@thealex.com.
