On Thanksgiving Weekend, Saturday November 25th, The Alex Film Society will present the 25th Annual Three Stooges Big Screen Event! in association with C3 Entertainment, Inc. This year, in honor of a quarter century of Stooge-inspired mayhem, our A-1 Deluxe Selection Committee has curated the “Best of The Best” from the many Stooges shorts we’ve screened over the years. The lineup will include these classic titles: Micro-Phonies (1945), Men In Black (1934), Punch Drunks (1934), You Nazty Spy! (1940), Brideless Groom (1947) and Hoi Polloi (1935). This is the only place where you can see The Three Stooges on archival 35mm prints, courtesy of Sony Pictures, projected on the big screen at Glendale’s historic Alex Theatre. Join Moe, Larry, Curly and Shemp and laugh yourself into the Holiday Season with the very best of the most enduring comedy team in motion picture history.
