The Alex Film Society proudly presents a screening of ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO’S NEST (1975).

Winner of 5 Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Best Director (Milos Forman), Best Actor (Jack Nicholson), Best Actress (Louise Fletcher) and Best Adapted Screenplay, this pitch-perfect adaptation of Ken Kesey’s seminal novel represents one of the great cinematic depictions of the 60s counter-culture ethos. Featuring special guests and a raffle with proceeds supporting the Alex Film Society.

The film will be introduced by former LA Times entertainment reporter Susan King, now curator of the popular Los Angeles Times Classic Hollywood Facebook page.
