A CELEBRATION OF RHYTHM: "WHEN DRUMS CONDUCT" ALBUM RELEASE EVENT

  • This event has passed.

“The most frightening drummer I have ever heard.” – Prince

Internationally-acclaimed multi-instrumentalist and drum prodigy Jacob Armen returns to his hometown stage to mark the long-awaited release of his album, When Drums Conduct.

Hailed as one of the greatest drummers in the world, Jacob and his awe-inspiring talent took the world by storm at a young age. He began playing the drums professionally at 18 months old and appeared on The Tonight Show at age seven, which led to his getting signed to Prince’s record label, Paisley Park Enterprises/NPG Records, at the age of 10, among his many other notable achievements.

When Drums Conduct spans multiple genres including rock, jazz, world, and classical and features Grammy Award-winning artists such as System of a Down’s Daron Malakian, Victor Wooten, Poncho Sanchez, Patrick Moraz, Djivan Gasparyan, the USC Trojan Marching Band, and the Lark Choir.

Jacob Armen Live: A Celebration of Rhythm is proudly presented in association with Glendale Arts.
