Swan Lake tells the story of an enchanted love between a swan maiden and a prince and their battle with an evil sorcerer. The poetry of this timeless ballet is the swan, embodied in every note of Tchaikovsky’s majestic score. Romantic, passionate, tragic and elegant, this great ballet speaks deeply and universally to audiences everywhere.
